About Doug Everitt

Since 1989, Doug has provided in-person system support for Mac OS businesses in Denver and Boulder, and remote help desk services for clients across Colorado and in other states.

At ease with unix since his teens, he knows a lav from a grep. Doug was pleased when Steve Jobs experimented with graphical unix-based personal computing at NeXT and delighted when Apple rolled out the concept in OS X.

Apple computers have been Doug’s livelihood for most of his adult life. He stuck with the Mac during the clone years, the Newton years, the Michael “der Diesel” Spindler years and a few dark moments when it seemed as if Bill Gates really might rule the universe.

Doug charges reasonable rates so clients will not hesitate to call when they need help. Don’t wait until something really interferes with your work, or causes data loss or missed deadlines. Your Mac will perform best if you use Doug as your help desk. Little problems can be fixed before they become big and disruptive to your business.

Here’s what some of his clients have to say:

“You’re probably my favorite person right now... Thank you, thank you, thank you. It all works great.”— Susie Masterson, GuestGuide Publications

“Doug is remarkably well-socialized for a techie.”—Carolyn Terman, Boulder Community Hospital

“He speaks English and he speaks Artist.”—Lynn Noonan, Zoop Creative
