Payment

• Base rate is $100 per hour.
• Base rate covers on-site Mac service in metro Denver/Boulder, phone or online consulting time, research and recommendation writing, and remote management via Timbuktu for those clients who desire it.
• Minimums: 1 hour for on-site consulting, 30 minutes for phone or Timbuktu work.
• Payment may be made by cash or check.
• New clients are asked to pay at time of service.
• Rush charges may be billed for rush or weekend work.
• Travel charges will be billed for jobs outside the Denver-Boulder corridor.
